As part of accepting the Terms & Conditions (detailed in description below), you agree to a one-time set-up fee. This one time fee covers the cost of student setup and administrative charges. This helps give students access to our proprietary curriculum and materials.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The fees charged is by number of sessions and not monthly. If there are more than 4 sessions conducted in a month, additional fees will be due.

2. In the event of a session cancellation from The Learning Planet due to a public holiday, events or other circumstances like sickness/ weather, student will not be charged for that day and the session will carry forward.

3. Fees once paid is non-refundable.

4. If the student is absent in a group lesson, the session will be counted as done and study materials will be shared with them in the next class.

5. If a student is absent in a private lesson where they are the only attendee, then it will be considered to be carry forward with prior communication with the coach.

6. Batch timings, fees and locations are subject to change due to various factors and students/ parents will be given sufficient notice and reasonable time to plan ahead.

7. You are welcome to change batches/ locations with prior discussion with your instructor.
